From an early age Mark had always been physically active and it was a part of his life that he took great pride in. After losing his legs & right arm his ability to remain highly active was dramatically reduced.
After struggling for many months trying to figure out how to navigate himself back around a gym , he reached a relative level of success. After eventually mastering new ways of training his body using prosthetics he turned his attention to his diet to better equip his body to handle the huge demands he was putting on it.
Mark got in contact with fellow former Royal Marine Owen Harrison (international fitness model) to draw up a nutrition plan. During their conversations the subject came up about Mark doing some filming with MyProtein for their latest PR campaign. During filming Mark and the team got on extremely well and a week or two later he was asked to become an ambassador for the brand, an offer he was honored to accept.
